One reason I was loyal to my practice is that I felt I am lopsided.
During my movements, I can feel that my right side is lower.
Literally, I can feel the imbalance between my left and right side of my body.
This is most especially during backbends.
I dreaded backbends because I can feel all the energy blocks living inside my spine.
But at one point I had to admit I needed it to help me fix my problem.
I know in myself I needed to address it gently, there will be no quick fix.
A mindful and intentional movement to relieve the tensions I am feeling.
Many years down the road I can still feel some 😅.
It is slowly improving.
Any progress is good for me and I am so thankful.
